Who we are
tweenforge is a motion design studio. The data controller is C4B Sebastian Jagiełło (VAT-EU: PL9512335961), Poland. Contact: contact@tweenforge.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website tweenforge.com and tweenforge Postiz, an internal tool we run on our own server to schedule and publish our own content to our own Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and YouTube channels. The tool is not offered to the public; only our team can sign in to it.
Data the publishing tool uses
When we connect one of our own accounts, the tool receives from Meta or Google, through their official APIs and only with our authorisation:
- account and page identifiers, names and profile pictures of the accounts we connect;
- access tokens that let the tool publish on our behalf;
- the posts, captions and media we publish, and their publishing status;
- aggregated statistics about our own posts (for example reach, views and likes);
- public comments on our own posts, if we choose to view or reply to them in the tool.
We use this data only to publish our content and review how it performs. We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles of people, and we do not sell or rent any data.
YouTube API Services
tweenforge Postiz uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to, and read statistics of, our own YouTube channels. By connecting a YouTube channel to the tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of the data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
From YouTube the tool accesses, with your authorisation: the channel's identifier, name and picture; access and refresh tokens; the videos, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails we upload and their status; and aggregated statistics of the channel's own videos. It stores the channel details, tokens and our own uploaded content on our server, and uses statistics only to show them to our team. This data is not shared with anyone except Google, as needed to publish the video.
You can revoke the tool's access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, the channel is disconnected or you ask us by email, we delete the data received from YouTube API Services within 7 days (see data deletion).
Cookies in the publishing tool
The tool's sign-in page stores a session cookie in your browser to keep you signed in. It uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Where the data is kept
The data is stored on a server we own and operate in Poland (European Union), protected by access controls. Connections to it pass through Cloudflare, our network provider. Data is shared only with the platform we publish to (Meta or Google) as needed to publish.
How long we keep it
Account data and access tokens are kept while the account is connected and removed when it is disconnected. Published posts and media are kept until we delete them.
This website
tweenforge.com uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Cloudflare may process your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@tweenforge.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
